Johnston McLamb presented “Actuate e.Spreadsheet: A Customer’s Story” on Thursday, Nov. 16, as part of Actuate’s Mid-Atlantic Regional User Group meeting.
Johnston McLamb is an Actuate partner and has worked with Actuate on a number of enterprise reporting engagements. Program Manager John Yagerline discussed how one particular implementation has enabled users to conduct analysis on the results of their customer satisfaction surveys. Users can now effectively utilize an Excel interface to view the data instantly and perform trend analysis and charting. Thanks to e.Spreadsheet, feedback from surveys is now provided in a timely manner resulting in increased operating efficiency and customer satisfaction.
This presentation was part of Acutate’s Mid-Atlantic Regional User Group meeting, which was held at the International Spy Museum in Washington, DC.
