The Johnston McLamb Story
Johnston McLamb was founded in 1991 by Ron Johnston and Dick McLamb. Their vision was to create a unique consulting company focused on three guiding principles:
- Using leading-edge technology
- Attracting and retaining the brightest minds in the industry
- Providing exceptional performance to our clients
With this vision in mind, they were joined by seasoned professionals from the (then) “Big Six” consulting firms and system integrators. This resulted in rapid expansion in the company's early years. Using the latest automated software development tools—as well as traditional development techniques—they engineered systems to meet each client's business needs. Building on their founding principles, Johnston McLamb quickly grew into an expert consulting firm for both government and commercial organizations including the United States Postal Service, Kaiser Permanente®, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and Citibank.
Today, Johnston McLamb offers management and technology consulting services that help our clients identify, analyze, and solve their most complex business problems. We employ leading industry experts and continue to provide services to both government and commercial clients. And because these experts are directly involved in company planning initiatives, our employees directly influence their career growth and work environment. This culture gives our team a vested interest in the success of the company, and ensures that clients are always paired with the best, brightest, and most motivated consultants in the industry.
